Applicant is present. Ld.Advocate Smt.Bhakti Barve is present for Opposite Parties. In this Execution Application Complainant has not mentioned exact amount due from Opposite Parties. Ld.Advocate submitted that as per the orders of this Forum, Opposite Party paid total sum of Rs.1,29,352/- to the Complainant. Complainant also admitted of having received the said amount. It appears that Opposite Parties have paid the amount as per order of this Forum. Hence, Execution Application is disposed of as fully satisfied. No order as to cost.
