Parties called out. They are not present. Sri. Goutham chand filed power for O.P. and also a memo. It is seen that complainant has appeared before this Forum and filed memo on 11.12.2002 stating that he has received an amount of Rs.93,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim. Hence following order. Complaint is closed in view of the fact that complainant has received Rs.93,000/- in full settlement. No costs.
