Order Below Exhibit 1

            Read the complaint.  Heard the Complainant in person, perused the documents filed with the complaint.  The Complainant admits that, the relevant insurance policy for the period 19/01/2007 to 18/01/2008 was obtained from the office of New Delhi of the Opposite Party. The Complainant admits that the accident took place at the Dehradun on 11/05/2007 and car was repaired at Dehradun. The chart which is submitted by the Complainant showing the dates and the names of officers to whom he had contacted are mostly of Delhi Office.  We therefore, find that as the cause of action for this complaint arose at Delhi and Dehradun though the Complainant had issued legal notice to the Mumbai office of Opposite Party prior to filing of complaint does not mean that this Forum has territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. The Complainant is at liberty to file complaint at Delhi or Dehradun. This compliant therefore, returned to the Complainant, if he desires to file the same in the aforesaid Consumer Forum.
