Complainant’s constituted attorney Somnath Paul, being son of complainant files a petition on behalf of the complainant praying for necessary order in connection with withdrawal of this execution case. One copy of power of attorney is also filed. Hd. the ld. Advocate appearing for the constituted attorney, Somnath Paul and the Somnath Paul himself and Somnath Paul personally submits that complainant is not at all interested to proceed further with the case inasmuch as complainant has received her dues towards her claim and thus, complainant prays for withdrawal of this case. Having hd. the ld. Advocate appearing for the constituted attorney of complainant and the constituted attorney himself and going through the materials on record this Forum is fully satisfied on basis of the outcome of submissions advanced by the ld. Counsel appearing for the constituted attorney and constituted attorney himself that has been disposed of with full satisfaction. So, instead of order of withdrawal this Forum is of the view and order of disposal with full satisfaction will be an appropriate order.
