JUDGMENT JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU :PRESIDENT Appellants are the complainants in OP.211/02 in the file of CDRF, Palakkad which stands dismissed. The matter relates to the claim for the assured amount with respect to the vehicle which was stolen. The amount claimed is Rs.34000/-. Vehicle stolen is a two wheeler. 2. It is the contention of the appellants/complainants that they did not get the opportunity to adduce evidence and to get the documents marked. In the circumstance the order of the Forum is set aside. Case is remitted back to the Forum for fresh disposal after permitting the parties to adduce evidence if they so desire. The matter will stand posted before the Forum on 15.7.08.
