          Heard.  There is delay of 14 days in filing this appeal.  For seeking condonation of delay, Misc. Application No.246/2010 has been filed supported by the affidavit.  In the condonation of delay application, sufficient cause has been mentioned.  Delay is of few days.  Delay is not intentional or deliberate.  In the interest of justice, we think it proper to condone the delay for the causes that are mentioned by the appellant in the condonation of delay application.  Those causes are held to be sufficient one within meaning of Section 24-A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                              -: ORDER :-

1.       Misc. Application No.246/2010 is allowed.

2.       Delay is condoned subject to cost of `500/- payable by the applicant only to the contesting respondent No.1/Insurance Company.
