Ld. counsel for the complainant again requested for an adjournment to tender the evidence. On the perusal of the file it came to our notice that the case was firstly fixed on 13.9.2022 for filing rejoinder and evidence of complainant and today the case was fixed for filing rejoinder and evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity but the complainant has failed to file any rejoinder and tender any evidence.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to contest the present complaint. Moreover, the complainant has already taken ample opportunities for his evidence but no evidence has been produced by the complainant. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution evidence under Order 17 Rule 3 CPC. However, no order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
