Heard Mr.B.S.Talwar-Advocate for the complainant.  This is a complaint filed by the partnership firm.  One of the partners Ms.Sandhya K.Majithia is present.  There is also power of attorney executed in her favour, which is at page 116 (Exhibit Z-1) dated 7/8/2001.  Advocate for the complainant identifies Ms.Sandhya K.Majithia.  Pursis has been filed stating that complainant be allowed to withdraw the complaint.  Pursis is taken on record and marked as “Exhibit 6”.  As per request made in the pursis leave to withdraw complaint is hereby granted. Hence the order:-
