                         The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the complainant  has received the claim amount from OP i.e. New India Assurance Co. Limited, therefore, he does not want to persue the present complaint and withdraws the same. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                      In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
