  PRESIDENT

             The Complainant and the advocate for the Complainant are absent and the Opposite Party & it’s advocate are also absent.  The complaint was earlier dismissed on 21/09/2012 and was restored as per the order of the Hon’ble State Commission dtd.21/03/2013.  It appears that both the parties are not diligent in this matter.  Hence, complaint is dismissed for the absence of both the parties and their advocate with no order as to cost.
