Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant in full.
We have gone through the entire material on record and the fact and circumtances disclose the facts and circumtances disclose thus on suggest that the instant complaint cannot be entertained by this Forum since specific relief has been provided elsewhere in Statute.
The decision referred to by the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant of the Hon’ble State Commission hardly applies here in the context of the pecution facts and circumtances apparent on record.
In view of the above, instant complaint is rejected.
Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Foprum on the same self cause of action.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
