Order:-

 

          Today, the case was fixed for filing correct address of JDs, but none appeared on behalf of the Decree-Holders. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last six dates of hearing i.e. 16.11.2021, 27.01.2022, 29.04.2022, 22.06.2022, 28.07.2022 and 13.10.2022, none has appeared on behalf of the DHs. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of DHs. It appears that the DHs are not interested to pursue the present execution application. Accordingly, the present execution application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
