ORDER Order Below Exhibit 1   PER SHRI. S.B.DHUMAL - HON’BLE PRESIDENT :        Read order passed below application for condonation of delay.      The cause of action for complaint took place on 08/12/2005 when the Complainant has refused to accept Rs.3,27,544/- as full and final settlement towards his claim offered by Opposite Party. The Complainant has filed this complaint after 4 years from the date of cause of action i.e. on 10/09/2009. An application for condonation of delay filed by the Complainant is rejected. Therefore, present complaint is dismissed as barred by law of limitation. No order as to cost.
