L.Rs of complainant are absent. So also their advocate. The administrative officer of o.p. and advocate for o.p. appears. Heard Sri. G.S. Venkatachalapathy for o.p. Complaint is filed claiming Rs.42,430/- from the o.p. on the ground of insurance policy. O.p has contested the claim of the complainant. No evidence is adduced by the complainant to prove his case, although several opportunities are granted. For want of evidence we hold that the complainant is not entitled to any relief and dismiss the complaint with costs of the o.p.
