The Complainant is absent in spite of notice for his appearance on 26/02/2014. The Advocate for the Complainant Shri. Ankush Navghare informed this Forum on 02/09/2013 that the Complainant has been expired and his legal heirs are required to be brought on record, but till today no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record of the deceased Complainant Shri. Chandrakant Balwantsingh.
