D/hr. Dolon Sarkar is present in person. Her lawyer is also present. J/dr nos. 1 to 3 are also represented by their respective lawyer. Heard. Considered.

Ot appears on perusal of the record vide order no. 4 dt. 3.7.09 that out or the decretal amount of Rs. 2,06,000/- including compensation of Rs. 5,000/- and litigation of Rs. 1000/- the d/hr is agreeable to accept the decretal amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- and to that effect she has also given a declaration today that she is agreeable to accept Rs. 2,00,000/- for full and final settlement of her claim. Heard. Considered.

Accordingly, an a/c payee cheque dt. 19.6.09 bearing no. 236924 of Rs. 2,00,000/- only drawn on Bank of India is handed over to the d/hr. by the j/dr. no. 3. In view of this position, the execution case is disposed of on full and final settlement.
