Record is put up by the put up petition on behalf of op, National Insurance Company.

Op, National Insurance Company also files a cheque bearing no. 105208 dt. 22.11.2021 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Rashbehari Avenue branch amounting to Rs. 1,25,000/- under Firisti.

Complainant himself is present and also files a petition praying for withdrawal of the said cheque and to dispose of the case. Complainant also files a copy of his Aadhar card.

Heard both sides in full.

Complainant on dock submits that he is very much ready and willing to receive the said cheque and he submits for disposing of the case. Perused. Considered.

Accordingly, hand over the said cheque to complainant on proper verification and identification by his ld. recorded Advocate and on proper receipt.

Thus, as per submissions and prayer of complainant the case is disposed of.
