ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The opposite party is directed to pay Rs.3,408/- being the interest on Rs.7,100/- and Rs.2,000/- towards compensation. He is also directed to pay a cost of Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
