Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following separate statement before this District Commission:-

                   “Stated that due to some technical flaws in the instant complaint, I withdraw the present complaint. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action at later stage.”

                        In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant recorded separately before this District Commission, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
