According to the averments of complaint the incident has took place on 10/112015 and the complaint has submitted claim pitition before the opponent on 26/11/2015 the opponent approached this forum nearly three years from the date of accident or incident this forum shall not admit the complaint unless the complaint is filed within two years from date ofwhich the cause of action has arisen as per the 24A of consumer protection act.

The complaint filed by Mr. PM Rafeeq fails hence it is rejected as it is barred by limitation.
