                   Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the separate following statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that complainant has amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.”

          In view of the statement made by Ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
