Both sides are present through their Ld. Advocates.  Misc. Application bearing No. 1138/2016 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application Misc. Applicant/Complainant has prayed for amendment of the petition of complaint in terms of the Schedule given the application.  The Ld. Advocate for the Complainant further submits that the amendment sought for, is formal in nature and will not affect the nature and character of the complaint case.  The Ld. Advocate for the O.P raises vehement objection and prayed for dismissal of the Misc. Application.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the Misc. Application.  Complainant is directed to file amended version of petition of complaint.  Fix 13.06.2017 for filing amended version of petition of complaint.  Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
