During the course of proceedings, Counsel for Opposite Party No.1 got recorded his statement that Opposite Party No.1 is ready to pay the price of the mobile hand set i.e. Rs.5800/- to the complainant, if the complainant is ready to accept the same, subject to the condition that the Complainant will submit the original bill, Job Sheet and other accessories within one month from today, against all claims of the complainant qua the present complaint. Learned Counsel for Complainant got recorded his statement that he accepts this offer and present complaint may be decided accordingly. Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of as compromised and the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to pay the price of the mobile hand set i.e. Rs.5800/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Complainant is also directed to return all other accessories of the mobile hand set to the Opposite Party No.1. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs, under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
