Case is taken up for hearing. Heard Complainant. Perused the petition of complaint. Also perused the document on record. We find that Complainant filed this case against the government hospital. Complainant failed to produce any document in support of the fact that he paid some amount in favour of the O.P No. 1 and 2. Accordingly, we find that Complainant has failed to establish himself as consumer as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Hence, It is ordered:- That the present case C.C./345/2023 be and the same is dismissed being not admitted. Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
