 Present:   Complainant in person represented by Shri Karam Singh,

                   Advocate.

                   Ms.Reena Rani, counsel for OP No.1.

                   Shri Devender Sharma, counsel for OPs No.2 to 4.

         

                    Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP No.1 as well as for issuance of notice to OP No.5. However, complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been settled with the OP No.1 for an amount of ₹1,25,000/-. The OP No.1 has handed over the demand draft bearing No.236555 dated 06.01.2021, amounting to ₹1,25,000/-. Therefore, he does not want to persue with the present case and withdraw the same.

                   Complainant has been duly identified by his counsel.

                    In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
