Accused is convicted for the offence punishable u/s. 27 of the C.P. Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for 3 months.

The Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Lakshmipura, Srinivasapura Taluk, Mulbagal, is directed to recover Rs.1400/- per month from the salary of Sri. M. Narayanappa and pay it to the Complainant herein.
