Decree Holder is present.  Memo of JDr filed on 21.07.2012 reads thus:

Regarding loan recovery of Sri. V. Dinesh Kumar, two months recovery has been made and the same has been paid to the Society in the month of April 2012, and suitable measures has been taken to repay the loan from the employee and the employee has paid Rs.15000/- towards loan for the society (Receipt enclosed) recently. Herein afterwards I promise to recover the loan installment amount from the employee regularly and see that the loan is cleared as soon as possible without fail.

In view of the above, Decree Holder submits that he has no objection to record the said Memo and seeking direction to the JDr to recover the amount from the salary of the OP1 as ordered in CC 178/2011 and pay it to the Decree Holder.  Accordingly, we pass the following order:

ORDER

Execution Application is disposed off directing the JDr to recover the amount from the salary of V. Dinesh Kumar every month as ordered in CC No. 178/2011 regularly till loan is cleared and pay it to the Decree Holder.
