                      This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. The opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying all the allegations putforth by the complainant. In this case the complainant filed chief affidavit on 27.07.2016 and subsequently since 09.01.2017, he was continuously absent and failed to mark the documents produced by the complainant before this Commission. No evidence was putforth by the complainant for prove his case. Hence for want of evidence the case of complainant fails.

             

              In the result, the complaint stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
