Both the complainant and opposite parties represented. Matter settled between parties. Complainant agrees to remit Rs.16,328.30 as proposed by the opposite parties. Complainant shall pay the said amount in ten equally monthly installments commencing from 10th April 2009. Complaint is disposed of accordingly.
