Both parties are absent . from the perusal of record it appears that op filed w/s 30/04/16 , but the complainant did not receive the copy of w/s . there was specific direction by the forum on previous occasion to complainant to file evidence and take step , but inspite of repeated direction the complainant is not taking step in the case since 30/04/16 . It seems that the complainant has lost interest in the case . Hence now it is dismissed for default .
