Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for opposite parties has suffered a statement that the opposite parties are ready to pay Rs. 13941/- to complainant as full and final settlement of the claim of his treatment as per terms and conditions of the Insurance Policy within 30 days from the receipt of the copy of the order, failing which the amount will carry interest @ 9% p.a.

Sh. B. C. Goyal, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement on his beha1f that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for opposite parties. He agrees with the same. He does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

In view of the statements suffered by counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the opposite parties to pay Rs. 13941/- to complainant as full and final settlement of the claim of his treatment as per terms and conditions of the Insurance Policy within 30 days from the receipt of the copy of the order, failing which the amount will carry interest @ 9% p.a. The parties will be bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record.
