Complainant is absent. No steps taken.  On perusal of record it is found that the complainant is always found absent after admission of the case since dt. 25.10.2023. Notice was returned back with insufficient address remarked by the postal department. Complainant is not showing interest to amendment of new address of the OP and he is not taking any steps it caused defaulter to proceed with this case. 

In view of aforesaid observations, the complaint case is dismissed for default.
