ORDER

The complaint is allowed. Opposite Party No.1 and 2 are jointly and severally hereby directed rectify the tariff of the water bill pertaining to water meter No.7792 sequence No.12240 connected to the apartment building bearing door No.6-7-153 to 6-7-153/5 with effect from 1.9.2000 to 18.12.2008 from commercial use to residential use and also reimburse the excess amount of Rs.98,400/- to the complainant i.e. from 11.7.2003 till 18.12.2008 along with interest at 12% per annum from the date of discharge till the date of payment and also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as costs of the litigations expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.  . 

Copy of this order as per statutory requirements, be forward to the parties and file shall be consigned to record room.
