Dt.17.06.15.        Today is fixed for hearing petition of OP No.3 praying the deposited amount in his favour.

Today one petition has been filed by complainant Monjay Das and HDFC Bank Ltd. and signed by both sides showing that dispute has been compromised between the complainant and the HDFC Bank Ltd. from whom by taking money the vehicle has been purchased by the complainant.  As per clause No.7, 8 and 9 of the compromised petition, the matter has been settled between the parties i.e., between the complainant and the HDFC Bank Ltd.  There is no illegality in the agreement.  The complainant admitted in the Forum that the matter has been compromised and that he has put his signature in the compromised petition.  He has also put his signature as Monjay Das. 

Considered the submissions of both sides.  Prayer is allowed. 

Let the a/c payee cheque bearing No.032787 dated 24.04.2015 for Rs.6,10,000/- may be issued to the complainant Monjay Das after proper verification and signature.
