On 09.02.2016 OP despite service of notice remained absent, therefore was placed exparte.   On the same day the complainant was called upon to submit his evidence by way of affidavit.  However, since then the complainant till today remained absent continuously and failed to prosecute the complaint by filing his affidavit evidence.  No representation is made on behalf of the complainant and the complainant has also not explained his absence since from 09.02.2016.  Despite sufficient time and opportunity given the complainant failed to file his affidavit evidence and prosecute the complaint. It appears that complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
