Present complainant in person and filed an application for closure of the case. Heard, perused file and considered. In the application, the complainant has submitted that OP has credited an amount of Rs.50,000/- i.e. Rs.40,000/- as amount excess charged by OP and Rs.10,000/- towards litigation charges. Accordingly, as prayed by the complainant withdrawal of the complaint is allowed. The present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as settled.
