SMT.P.RAMADEVI           : PRESIDENT

      Complainant and opposite parties ‘ authorised signatory ,Sri.Siby Mathew, are present.  Matter is settled for an amount of Rs.1,10,000/-.  As per settlement the  opposite parties undertake to pay the amount in two instalments on 31/3/2015 he will be paying Rs.50,000/- and Rs.60,000/-  on 30/6/2015.  Complainant is agreed for the same. Hence the complaint  is closed accordingly.

      In case of default  the complainant is entitled to  get an interest on defaulted amount at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization.
