          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to replace the defective  complaint mentioned mobile phone  or to refund a sum of Rs.13,100/- being the price of the mobile and Rs.50,000/- towards compensation and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

         Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent.  Hence proof affidavit of complainant is closed.  This complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
