    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- for the mental agony and to replace the Samsung LED TV or to refund a sum of Rs.90,005/- with interest and also cost of the complaint to the complainant.
