Today is fixed for hearing and order.The Complainant, Tarik Anwar Ansari filed a petition praying for dismissal of the case on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled.

  Heard Ld. Advocate for the Complainant. As the Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case, the case is required tobe dismissed for non-prosecution.

                 Hence, it is

                                                 Ordered

that the instant case No. CC/34/2024 be and the same is here by dismissed as non-prosecution but under the circumstances without costs.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
