            The advocate for the complainant filed a not pressed memo stating that the complainant filed the above case claiming compensation towards loss of Right eye vision and for the deficiency of service. At this stage the complainant does not want further proceeding in the above case, hence may be disposed of as Not Pressed. The copy of the memo is served on the advocate for the O.P. Heard the memo and memo is allowed.

            In the result the Commission closed the case as not pressed by the complainant.

                 This case is disposed of accordingly.
