The learned counsel for the complainant stated at bar that complainant does not want to proceed further with the complaint and thereafter he made statement that as per message received from the complainant, he is not proceed further with the complaint due to some technical reason but permission may be given to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if need be and complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of it, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn though complainant is permitted to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action if permitted under law. File be consigned to the record room.
