                        This case proceeding is taken up today.The complainant has failed to turn up as 3^rd consecutive time without assigning any reason   inspite of repeated calls by the Court staff.

                          Accordingly, the Ld.Counsel of the O.P.No.1 is submitting to dismiss the case since the complainant himself has showing the reluctance to persue the case.

                        The motive behind the Complainant’s absence is nothing but to dislodge the case and therefore, this complaint case is dismissed for default of the party.

                               Hence,this complaint stands closed.
