            Heard.  Opposed  on the ground that the matter in  issue in the complaint is a matter of consumer dispute in respect of deficiency in service and so this Forum has jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.  Ext. D1 is the hypothecation agreement entered into between the parties in which  an arbitration clause was clearly provided and the matter was already taken before the arbitrator and an Arbitration Award was passed and pending in Execution before the District Court, Kollam.   So objection  overruled and allowed the IA.
