Present:          Complainant in person.                                                      

                        Mr.Naveen Sharma, Adv., for the Ops No.1 & 2.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the Ops No.1 & 2 has made a separate statement in which he states that as per settlement he tendered a cheque bearing No.463558 dated 13.4.2017 amounting to Rs.30000/- as full and final payment and nothing is remained due against the Ops. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.463558 dated 13.4.2017 amounting to Rs.30000/- as full and final payment  as per settlemen and he has no grievances against the Ops.  Hence he with draw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
