Complainant files an application praying for withdrawal of this case on the grounds that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and complainants are not at all interested to proceed with this matter furthermore. Ld. Advocate of OP also appears through Vokalatnama and files an application stating that the matter has amicably settled between the parties.

At the time of hearing of Ld. Advocate of both the sides fairly submits that there is no need proceed with the matter furthermore as the OP have already issued demand draft for the sum of Rs. 93,680/- in favour of the complainant.

Considering all we are of the view that there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore as the matter has already been settled between the parties. Hence, ordered that complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant case on the ground as stated in the application.
