No steps taken by the complainant on repeated calls.  None appears from the side of the complainant.  It is now 1.35 P.M.  The O.P. No.3 files written version along with a copy with a remark that he has failed to supply the copy of written version to the complainant due to his absence.  The O.P. No.1 & 2 also filed written version.

            Let all the steps taken by the O.Ps. be kept with the record.

            As per order No.6 dated 19.2.2015 cause has not been shown by the complainant. From the record it appears that the complainant has lost his interest in this case.  So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

  He ffes ipaid is correct.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

 That the cc case no.254/2014 is dismissed for default without cost. 

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
