            The complainant along with his  Ld. Advocate is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also present.

Heard both sides.

Both the parties submitted that this case has  amicably been settled in between them, and both the parties agreed that the OP shall pay a sum of  Rs. 1,99,225/-  ( Rupees one lakh ninety-nine  thousand two hundred twenty five  ) to the complainant and the complainant agreed  that he has no objection against it, and he has no further demand in this case.

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the OPs  jointly and severely are  liable to pay the said amount.  The OPs are directed to pay Rs. 1, 99,225 /- (Rupees one lakh ninety-nine thousand two hundred twenty five) to the complainant -Mirza Rowsan Jahan Begg by an account payee cheque within one month from this day.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
