ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 11.01.2024, Sh.Suvir Tandon, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received two post dated cheques, i.e. cheque No.425643, dated 20.03.2024 for Rs.42,500/- and cheque No.425644, dated 20.05.2024 for Rs.42,500/-, both drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant Mudra Tuli, from OPs through their counsel Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate, as full & final settlement in the present case and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid two cheques. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid two cheques.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
