                                                            ORDER

 

                        The Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 10.12.2009 stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount awarded by the District Forum within 15 days with the concerned District Forum, which is to be disbursed subject to furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the District Forum. The OP filed an application for extension of time to comply with the order of the Hon’ble State Commission, which was allowed vide orders dated 28.1.2010 and granted 7 days time to deposit the amount with the District Forum. The OP through the present application deposited draft of Rs.57,614.50 in the name of Forum. The complainant was directed to furnish the security to the tune of Rs.1.00 lacs for disbursing the amount of Rs.57,614.50, but the same has not been furnished. The application be consigned. The complainant would be at liberty to receive the deposited amount from the Forum subject to furnishing adequate security. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
